Refund policy
We aim to provide excellent customer service, but due to the nature of unroasted coffee beans, there are some limitations to returns:
- If you received incorrect merchandize, please email us at Contact@afrosheba.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Coffee bag must be unopened
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days.
Returns & Refunds:
- The customer has 15 days upon the delivery date to return an item.
- Opened bags of coffee cannot be returned.
